MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING
Swimming Character Terms and Conditions:
*Shade MUST be provided for both the in water performer AND the handler.
*Drinking water must be available for the performer(s) if asked.
*Client is responsible for coordinating with any public or private pool restrictions as it relates to outside guests or vendors. (COI available upon request)
*Performers and handlers are not lifeguards! Our performers are all well trained in regards to pool safety however, they are hired entertainment and are NOT responsible for any life other than their own. At least one adult from the clients party MUST be present while the performer(s) is/are in the water with children.
*Our mermaids require a clear, un-obstructive path of ease to get to the clients pool area. We will not be responsible for any lost entertainment time due to lack of preparation on the clients part.

Our performers are trained by former Parks Entertainment parade, cruise line, and character performers, and fully embody the characters with their voices, movements, singing, and acting. Our performers are hand picked after rounds of interviews and auditions, and are the most talented, beautiful, and kind group of people. Thousands of dollars are spent each year on custom costumes and wigs, upkeep, and making sure that we are providing the best possible characters for your child's special day.
