What time will the character/s arrive? -The character or princesses will arrive to your location a few minutes before your party, and will enter the party right at your scheduled time. Do you require a deposit? -Yes, a 60% retainer fee is required at the time of booking to hold your date, time and character(s) What type of payment do you take? -We accept credit/debit and cash in some cases. What are your prices? -Our prices can be found on the packages and pricing page, here on our website! Click HERE What is your event/corporate pricing? -If you are a company or business looking for princesses or characters to use at a party, promotional gig, or event, please contact us for more information. Are there any additional fees? Tax? -The only additional fee there may be is a travel fee, depending on your location. We do not charge you tax. When do you take payment? Do we exchange money in front of the kids? -When finalizing your booking you can submit payment through a secure online link, using any credit/debit card. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail 3 days before your event that will have another link to submit final payment. Magic is our specialty, and we love to preserve that. We never take payment in front of children. What is your refund policy? -The 60% retainer fee is non refundable if the client were to cancel. We still pay our cast for reserving their time to be at your event. We also take time to reserve your booking and potentially have to turn other bookings away. In rare, unforeseen, emergency situations, if we have to cancel your booking we will refund you 100%. Can we tip the performers? -Absolutely! A tip is never required, but is greatly appreciated. You can give cash or Venmo tip at the end of your party. Does the character come alone? -No all of our characters are accompanied by an assistant. This is part of your unique experience. The assistant is there to help you with your event as well as to help the character stay focused on the kids and entertainment. They play and control the music for the character, clean up the activities, keep track of time, help pass out cake, answer any questions you may have and more! What area do you serve? -We serve quite a few: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Glendale, Peoria, Avondale, Anthem, Buckeye, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Tempe, and more! We occasionally travel to Prescott and Tucson for special events. |
Where can my party be held?
-We travel to you! A home, pizza place, bounce place, wedding venue, parks, an ice rink, are all great places to hold a party! We can party almost anywhere.
What do I need to provide for the character(s)
-We bring everything needed to do the activities you choose. However, we will also need, a table and chairs to do activities such as face painting, glitter tattoos, crafts and tea parties.
For the games and stories, we like to have a large enough space for all the guest to join and spread out to enjoy the fun!
Do you attend parties that are held outdoors?
-Yes and no! We are available for outdoor parties generally November through April. May through October, all parties must be held indoors. We may require indoor parties in the April and/or September depending on the weather. Any weather above 80 degrees can be dangerous to our performers.
When do I need to schedule my party?
-We take bookings up to four months in advanced, and recommend scheduling at least a month before your party. We try our best to accommodate last minute bookings (sometimes even the day of), but we can't guarantee them!
Do you do anything besides birthday parties?
-Absolutely! We have attended weddings, engagements, potty training, a dental visit, sleepovers, family dinners, and many others!

What are makeovers?
-The makeover activity in the additional activities, is makeup done on each of the children, by the princess! It is all child safe makeup.
What is the order of activities during a party?
-The order of activities varies for each party, and depends on the number of kids attending, their ages, how shy or outgoing they are, etc. If you would like a specific order, please note during contact.
How many activities are in a package?
-Our characters will do all the activities listed in your booking, given the number of children guests and length of character stay. Based on your booking request, we may recommend more time and/or an additional character in order to accommodate your activity request.
What should the birthday child and guests wear?
-We say, dress to impress! Children are encouraged to wear their favorite attire and accessories to show the characters.
Don't have anything? No problem! We offer Little Adventures costume add-on for any package!
Want to upgrade even more! Add-on our treasure chest activity! We bring a treasure chest FULL of fun character costumes for the children to wear during the event. The children must return the costumes at the end, but there is unique and fun treasure at the bottom of the chest waiting for them as a keepsake!
Are the add-on activities for just the birthday child or all children attending?
-The add-on activities are for all of the children attending!
How many kids do you suggest having at a party?
-While we don't place a limit on the number of children guests, we do have some recommendations to guarantee the best experience. For a 60 minute, 1 character package we suggest no more than 10-15.
